About Me:

I am a 38 year old, single-mommy. I work FT and earn 31K a yr. I have alot of debt. I'm paying down a bill from my 10 year old son's private school - $200 mo. I'm almost up to my limit with undergrad loans (federal stafford) and I still don't have a degree. In September I began a distance learning program for Medical Claims and Billing, to supplement my income,and I also am planning to work on pre-req's for LPN school.
Its just me, my son, and Ginger, my 12 yr. old Shih Tzu.

Dogs groomed and sold the Fat Sak

Well I managed to make 135.00 this weekend. I had two pekinese from my C List add and a puppy. I also sold my fat sak. But I blew $26 on fast food. Went to vitamin cottage for spring water, dog food, apples and spend 28.00. Gave $20 to my son because the Fat Sak was his, and I had to explain I'd get another one when we had the room for it. $22.81 at the Grocery store for meat and veggies.
The Dollar Tree for laundry soap, dishsoap, kleenex and few other items. $11. And $15.00 for a tank of gas. I have $10.00 in my wallet and $20.00 I can't remember where it went.
So I made money, but I also spent it.

Well, at least you made the money you spent as extra income--that means this weekend didn't eat into your paycheck!

How did the dog grooming go? Do you think you'll keep it up?

What's a Fat Sak?

A Fat Sak is the name for an oversized bean bag. Its huge, it will fit two people. It's just a name brand. I also took pictures of some items I thought I could list on C's list or ebay, just to see what happens. The dog grooming was good, The owner of the two Pekinese was very pleased. The puppy was very difficult for me to use the clippers on, so I didn't do much but bathe and brush out. My sister is concerned that I should have insurance in case something, like a cut, happens to a dog.
